I am a Filipina and happily married to my four year long time American Citizen boyfriend. I am currently living here in the States and used the K1 or Fiance Visa to get here in the US. Since I know, there are a lot of people out there who are working on their Fiance Visa, I wanted to share helpful information which I learned from reading. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask me questions.

RE: My Wife's Name is not on the House Mortgage
Sir/ Madam:
Greetings!
This is to inform your good office, that my wife, MARIA MAKILING STORM is not in the list of my house mortgage liability since the property was acquired when I was still single. I don't want her also to be legally obligated and feel the burden of paying the debt regardless of any circumstances.
I hope that this letter will help her application for Removal of Conditions (ROC) and will serve as a proof that we have a bonafide relationship as a married couple.
Hoping for your kind consideration. Thank you!
Sincerely,
MARK RANDOLPH STORM
Husband of ROC Applicant
